Valerie has lived in Arizona her entire life, and specifically in the southeast valley since grade school. Altogether she has lived in 34 homes, so she has seen a lot of neighborhoods! Since becoming an agent in 1993, she has worked with the top agents in the Valley, one being her husband of 25 years, Charlie Randall. Valerie has been in the top 1% of Realtors for 27 years. She is an Agent that has been through all types of markets! They bought and remodeled homes in the 1990’s and flipped them to helping investors find their own investments in the 2000”s. They were successful in the Short sale days and helped many out of tough situations. Through COVID selling many homes and having a very successful few years even when others were losing business. Being creative through the different markets has been a strength. She loves the creative side of the deal and especially loves connecting with her clients, making the transaction a little less stressful. In her spare time, you can find her gardening, practicing Yoga, or traveling the world. She is passionate about charity work and has been working with Mothers without Borders in Zambia to bring orphaned children a way to succeed in their environment, by helping raise funds to build a school and feeding children that typically only get one meal a day, if that. Kenya also holds a large spot in her heart with families there she supports. Africa is a favorite travel spot.
